This is my wife’s first Mother’s day, so if you could send her a message on Yahoo that says “HAPPY MOTHERS DAY FROM ROBERT” I would greatly appreciate it. I am trying to get her whole screen filled up with random people saying Happy Mothers Day. You see, I try to be as inventive as I can on holidays so that I can suprise her. So please, help me out. I would also like to say Happy Mother’s day to my Mom, she already has her present though. I gave her one of those print-anywhere printers with a digital camera. I think it’s one of the most useful gifts I ever got her. ;–) I bought her some perls one time, I think they have only seen the light of day once or twice. So, I haven’t posted in a while. Which is due to supreme work related stresses…. no, actually just lazyness, but atleast I am a bit better than say, oh Darren Kitchen, (April 17th) or Wess Tobler (December 11th). Ok, ya, my last post was on the 6th of April and TECHNICALLY I don’t beat Darren’s but, I actually post something, he posts videos… pfffft. That isn’t a blog. ;–) You know I love you D. Anyways, in other news, I believe I will be hitting the 500+ pictures mark of my son soon. It’s crazy. Oh, and I installed Fedora Core 5 on my laptop to test it out. I’ll tell you guys how it’s going.

I am hooked on 3 TV shows. 24, Lost, and The 4400. Lost supposedly had their best episode all season last Wednesday and 24 is winding down after a great season, The 4400 will be starting up again for Season 3 on June 11th at 9 EST on the USA Network .

I also watched the first episode of a exciting new IPTV show done by Foxx, Mustang, and special guest LuckyPhil called BSOD (Bastard Sons of Dial-up) a.k.a Blue Screen of Death boys ;–)

Also, during the last month I was accepted to DJ at Yarradio.com which I had to turn down half way through acceptance due to some real life conflicts of schedule but they were great people to work with, and I’d like to put a shout out to DJ Snowball who hooked me up with the gig, and Loathed and Degrifter for all the help and understanding during my training phase for all my scheduling delemas.

Oh and I will be going to Japan in the next few months so, I might disappear for an extended period of time again. I am real excited about the trip and it will be a nice break from everything. If you want me to pick you up a certain manga/anime or other gift shout me an IM or email and I’ll see what I can hook up. All requests for 1st Class tickets or Sumo tickets will be accepted on a case by case basis.

Ok, so I am a little late on posting. Been kinda busy with my new son, work, and everything in between (mainly IRC). The reason I am posting about this episode is because I was welcomed onto the show as a Guest. If you have already seen it. Yes, I was nervous and Yes, I am ugly. Get it? Got it? Good. Ok, well I did a segment on applications that conviently fit onto a USB flash drive. Now, I only showed 4 on the show, my favorites. Pandora is a cool place where you can go and listen to music and it suggests music for you to listen to based off an indepth engine of sorting. Everyone on the podcasting planet has covered this awesome. I don’t know what to call it, tool, application, website ,’thing’. After watching Hak5’s episode showing off time spacing Pandora a while back, a idea started festering in my subconsious. Well, driving home today, it finally surfaced. Imagine a radio station like that. Something like Pandora that you could ‘tune’ into. I just thought I would put it down before someone else came up the idea. So let me spell it out bluntly. I purpose a radio station that you sign up for like XM radio, and you start with a couple channels that you can either personally or as a family start with a base idea, like Country, Top 40, Techno, Hard Rock, Classic Rock, or Children. And then, through a small mic in the station, say yes or no, or push a button, and it starts tuning the station to what it thinks you would like, just like Pandora. Say if you missed a song and you didn’t say yes or now, you can go back, forward, whatever.

I believe there should be groups to help people with this ‘virus’

A while ago, I posted a PHP Relay location to my site, and to a Hak5.org’s forums. Recently I saw quite a bit of traffic going directly to that URL. I have taken action to ensure that this privledge that I am extending to the world, free of charge, is not abused. I have a cron job running that assess that use of that specific file and by what IPs. It then takes any IP with use over a certain limit and adds them to a complete block, to the relay, to my site, and any other site that I host. I am providing this service free of charge. Don’t abuse it. As of now, the following IP addresses have been banned.

If you are in this range, or one of those IPs, then please email me, make amends, and I will unblock you. The reason I know you can get to this site, is you were using my relay, you will probably be able to find another.
